MSSL are proud to offer responsive repairs and void property repairs in the Gravesham area, we provide exemplary property services to the housing sector delivering on timelines and professionalism.
MSSL have been contracted to work in residential properties removing old worn kitchens and refurbishing the properties with well sourced, quality units. Included in the refit we carry out tiling, painting flooring and replacing windows/doors if requested by the contractor. We have worked on and completed an average of 60 properties per year on this contract.
Tenants are contacted prior to works to give them plenty of notice of works we will be undertaking and they are also given an opportunity to choose some of the items we are fitting (colours of tiles etc).
We always have a professional approach and aim to keep the same workers in each job so tenants feel comfortable in their own home whilst working there. Tenants are consulted about their experience as our key objectives include excellent customer service.
When appropriate staff wear correct PPE in accordance with Government guidlines.

“MSSL was contracted to work our quota of kitchens and bathrooms in the Gravesham district in tenancy occupied homes, over the last year they have worked with us on over 40 properties including ‘rip out’ and installation. On average each kitchen/bathroom has a one week turnaround (Including flooring , painting and decorating, tiling).
