Every package we deliver comes with Q-Mark certified documentation, full O&M records and a clear certification trail – exactly what responsible persons need to evidence compliance under the Building Safety Act 2022.
Fire Door Installation – STD 052 Full supply and installation of certified fire doorsets to BM TRADA Q-Mark standard, with complete certification trail and O&M documentation.
Fire Door Maintenance – STD 058 Routine inspection, maintenance and repair of fire doors in occupied buildings, with Q-Mark certified sign-off on every door.
Passive Fire Stopping – STD 05b Penetration sealing, linear joint seals and cavity barriers – Groups A, B and C approved. Full audit trail and OneTrace certification.
